RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURN OR REFUND
For cancellations of the order, please inform within 24 hours of placing the order.
We have a 7-day exchange policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us without any worries.
Please make sure that the returned product is in an undamaged and re-saleable condition, complete with tags intact and original packaging with invoice.
All you need to do is drop an email at email@example.com within 7 days after date of delivery, informing us why you wish to exchange the product. We would also appreciate your comments about the product along with your comments as to what you don’t like about the Product
We will guide you through the Return procedure accordingly. After you write to us we will schedule a reverse pick up depending on your location, if the area is serviceable for a reverse pick up.
Alternatively you can ship the product back to us. For self shipped returns or products, we recommend that you use a reliable courier service which would enable us to track the status of your return.
When the Reverse Pick up is arranged, please make sure that you have the "PROOF OF PICKUP" i.e the slip/tracking id of the return package. Do not handover the package without getting this proof. Similarly, if you are sending us the package yourself, you will have to retain the "TRACKING ID" of the return package.
Once we receive your return, a quality check will be performed on the returned items by our quality team. A notification with the status of return will be sent you within 24 to 48 hours from the date of receiving the item.
You will receive the full Refund amount in the form of store credit. You can alternatively receive the refund in the form of a Bank Deposit to your account to which a minimum of Rs.190/- will be deducted for Shipping Fees depending on weight of the package.
Typically the refunds are initiated within 48 hours from the Product Inspection. We will keep you updated via email regarding the status of your return
Store Credit will be provided within 48hrs.
Exchanged product will be dispatched as soon as the returned item(s) has passed the product inspection process. If the product is eligible for express delivery, then the product will be delivered in 3-4 days.
Bank/NEFT transactions will be processed within 7 working days.
Please note that items marked on FINAL SALE are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If there is no FINAL SALE marked, a sale item can be returned. Lingerie, bodysuits and undergarments cannot be returned.
Returned items must HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoebox in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee.
Rare Collect/The Shopper's Closet goes through a great amount of quality control. We only send products that have gone through Quality Assessment and any product in our stock that is defective will not be authorized for delivery.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
· Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product or any sub product attached to/with the Product will not be accepted.
· Worn or damaged articles will not be accepted.
· Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included with the product (Clips, Tags, Buttons, Laces, etc) at the time of delivery; will not be eligible for a return.
